Hummm, the pulley print still needs some effort. I am guessing the material I got had some problem causing void in my prints. Anyway here's the photo of it;
If you are using Skeinforge, you should enable Coll tool and set the minimum time to 8 or 10 seconds. Alternatively, add a fan to blow on the filament and the result shows what happens when the layer below is still too hot.
