Print of the Day
Here are the trials today, for the benefits of Tian Cheng and Francis;
The feed rate was too much, causing the parts over filled (Bottom row)(1->2->3). I increased the program to fill more as well. the final pieces on bottom right was much better after correction, but too bad the part fell off the platform and I had to stop. I think it is the warp that cause the trouble......
I cleaned the extruder drive screw tooth too, the grip got better and feed better/more. 2nd piece was the result, still over filled even I slow down the extruder motor. :(
Winner of the day; - y-idler-bracket (Top right)

Result of 6 Months !!!
Humm exactly 6 month since 10 May to 10 Nov where I made the first print. :)
So here is an overall pic of the machine. I will do a better housekeeping next time, but what to do when you are alone to order everything, make the electronics, mechanical from scratch,(a bit of help here) bang my head on the programming.....
Many Thanks to Tian Cheng and Francis who helped and encourage along the way, Thanks again.
